Thanks for the memories!

I stole this from One L's blog! It looked fun!

1. As a comment on this post, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

One L already posted a memory... here it is

"Since you shared a memory on my blog I will do the same for you...one of the many that stand out is when I first saw you whip up a page and I thought what is this incredibly talented woman doing in this little crappy (scrapper's garden) scrap book store when she could obviously work anywhere." (man, I had her fooled, huh?)

OH, and keep it G-rated, this is a family show! Not that anyone has any stories about me that aren't purely innocent. ;-)

OK, I finally caved. I'm usually reluctant to jump on any bandwagon.... I like to pretend I'm too original for that. But, after hearing endless chatter about this series, I decided to give it a try. Darren loaned me her copy, she's on like the 3rd or 4th book (how many are there anyway?) I'm hooked. I'm about half way through it and this is one of those novels that make you want to lock yourself in your bedroom and neglect your children for the afternoon!

REMINDER:
Next week is the Autism Awareness Fundraiser at Devine Memories. We have lots of fun classes and activities planned... all of which benefit autism research through autismspeaks.org.

my memory is when my dh was in the hospital. you sent me a text message letting me know you were thinking of me, to give him a hug, and to let you know if there was anything you could do to help. i was so spaced and muddled that at first i didn't know who was sending me the message. when i realized it was you, my heart was so touched at your kindness. you'll never know how much it meant to me. mwah!
